To be resilient our farm must be productive even as nature’s bounty ebbs and flows over time. We’ve decided to do this by offering a diversified range of products that are not dependent on the same resources. If it’s a tough year for fruit because we have a rainy Spring, it should be a great year for our grazing animals. If we have a cold Fall our chickens won’t lay as many eggs, but our apples will be extra sweet and store longer. You get the idea.
